In accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers, Tarkett reports the following figures:

As of May 31, 2024, the total number of shares in Tarkett’s share capital stands at 65,550,281. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 123,643,694, while the number of exercisable voting rights, after deducting treasury shares, is 123,625,135.
