Information on voting rights and shares of SELECTIRENTE
In accordance with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, SELECTIRENTE announces the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of August 31, 2024.
The total number of shares amounts to 4,172,938, which also corresponds to the total number of theoretical voting rights. The total number of voting rights exercisable at General Meetings is 4,164,046. These figures include shares deprived of voting rights, in particular treasury shares.
