Interparfums Announces Details for April 2025 General Meeting
Interparfums has scheduled its Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting for April 17, 2025. The meeting will take place at Pavillon d’Armenonville, Paris. Preparatory documents and the agenda have been published in the BALO on March 12, 2025. These documents are also accessible on the company’s website.
The company filed its 2024 Universal Registration Document with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers on March 26, 2025. This document includes detailed financial reports and is available both on Interparfums' and the AMF's websites.
The upcoming announcement of first-quarter sales results is expected on April 24, 2025, before the market opens. Interparfums will broadcast the General Meeting live online, with a replay available later.
