Interparfums SA Secures Off-White® Brand for Fragrance and Beauty

Interparfums SA has acquired the Off-White® brand names and trademarks for fragrance and cosmetic products under Class 3. The existing license allows Interparfums to begin commercial use starting January 1, 2026. Both companies plan to collaborate on strategies and market initiatives, aiming for a long-term partnership.

Off-White®, founded by Virgil Abloh in 2012, is noted for its high-end streetwear with a deconstructionist aesthetic. The brand is known for iconic symbols like crossed arrows and the “X” logo, as well as its commitment to social causes, promoting diversity and inclusion within the fashion sector.

Philippe Benacin, CEO of Interparfums, emphasized the opportunity this new venture presents, leveraging Off-White's unique positioning and Abloh’s creative legacy to explore new avenues within the luxury fragrance sector.
