Intershop Reports Nine-Month 2025 Financials
Intershop Communications AG has reported a 15% decrease in revenues for the first nine months of 2025. The company generated EUR 25.2 million, down from EUR 29.7 million the previous year. The decline resulted from planned reductions in service and license businesses and weaker new customer business.
The cloud segment saw revenues of EUR 15.3 million, maintaining previous levels. However, incoming cloud orders fell to EUR 11.0 million, a reflection of a tough macroeconomic climate. Annual recurring revenues (ARR) grew by 3% to EUR 19.8 million, yet net new ARR was slightly negative due to contract expirations and currency effects.
Intershop's EBIT was EUR -1.4 million. The company implemented cost reduction measures and achieved a balanced EBIT in Q3, excluding one-time expenses. Increased investments in platform development and AI initiatives led to higher R&D expenses.
