InTiCa Systems SE Announces Delay in 2023 Annual Report Publication

InTiCa Systems SE has officially postponed the release of its 2023 annual financial statements due to ongoing audits. The company, headquartered in Passau, Germany, is still finalizing the audit process with its group auditor, Rödl & Partner GmbH. As a result, the publication, initially scheduled for an earlier date, is now expected by mid-May 2024.

Following this delay, the anticipated date for the Annual General Meeting, previously set for June 14, 2024, has also been pushed back. The new date for this meeting will be announced in the near future. Nonetheless, InTiCa Systems does not foresee any significant deviations from the forecasted consolidated financial figures provided in the interim report for the first nine months of 2023.
