Intrasense Announces Board of Directors Change
Intrasense, a French company specializing in AI-enhanced medical imaging solutions, has announced a change in its Board of Directors. On May 21, 2025, the board accepted the resignation of Mrs. Michèle Lesieur and appointed Mr. Steven F. Tolle as her successor. This change took effect on May 23, 2025, and will be up for ratification at the shareholders' meeting on June 25, 2025.
Mr. Tolle brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare, having worked in medical technologies, AI, and digital health. He currently holds the position of Chief Product & Technology Officer at IgniteData and has held significant roles at IBM Watson Health and Merge Healthcare.
Intrasense's Board of Directors now comprises six members, including the newly appointed Mr. Tolle, indicating the company's commitment to integrating expertise in digital health innovations.
