Inventiva Combined General Meeting of June 20, 2024 - Conditions for making preparatory documents available
Daix (France), Long Island City (New York, United States), May 30, 2024 – Inventiva (Euronext Paris and Nasdaq: IVA) has announced the terms and conditions for making preparatory documents available for its Combined General Meeting of June 20 2024.
The Assembly will be held at 9 a.m. at the Hôtel Castel Burgond, located in Daix (France). The preparatory documents, including the agenda and draft resolutions, are available on the Company's website (http://www.inventivapharma.com) in the "Investors" section.
In accordance with regulations, the documents can be consulted at the Company's registered office from the fifteenth day preceding the Meeting. Shareholders can also request these documents to be sent by email to the address AGIVA20062024@inventivapharma.com.
