Threshold Crossing at Inventiva
On March 5, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. crossed below the 5% threshold of Inventiva's share capital and voting rights. Through this transaction, its indirect stake now stands at 4.99% of the share capital and 4.66% of the voting rights, representing 10,301,102 shares. This change resulted from a reduction in shareholdings by assimilation.
JP Morgan Securities LLC has also crossed these thresholds individually. It holds various types of contracts allowing it to use the shares at any time. For its part, JP Morgan Securities plc specified that it holds 1,200,146 shares through equity swap contracts exercisable until 2033.
