Investis Expands Residential Portfolio in Vaud
Investis Holding SA has recently acquired residential properties in strategic locations within the canton of Vaud, Switzerland, for CHF 139 million. These properties are situated in and around Lausanne and Montreux, near essential amenities such as transport, schools, and shopping centers. The acquisition promises a gross rental yield exceeding 4.3%, with an estimated rental income of CHF 6.0 million.
According to CEO Stéphane Bonvin, these properties align well with Investis's portfolio, positioned in areas with robust infrastructure and potentials for rent increases. This acquisition follows earlier purchases announced in September, bringing the total investment to CHF 298 million in H2 2024, boosting rental income by CHF 16.8 million. Additionally, Investis has expanded its credit lines by CHF 225 million, now amounting to a total financing volume of CHF 600 million.
