Ipsen S.A. Announces Details for 2024 Annual General Meeting

Ipsen S.A. will hold its Combined Shareholders' Meeting on May 28, 2024, at the Salons de l'Hôtel des Arts et Métiers in Paris. Shareholders are summoned to discuss and vote on several key issues, including the approval of a €1.20 per share dividend for the 2023 fiscal year, set to be paid on June 3, 2024. Additionally, the meeting will see the reelection of certain board members and the ratification of Mr. Pascal TOUCHON's temporary appointment.
