Ipsos Reports 4.7% Growth and Strong Financial Performance in First Half of 2024

Paris, 24 July 2024 – Ipsos, a leading market research company, recorded a revenue of €1,138.5 million in the first half of 2024. This marks a 4.7% increase compared to the same period in 2023. Organic growth was 3.8%, while the operating margin reached 10.1%. Free cash flow stood at €80 million.

The EMEA region led with a 10% total growth, largely driven by strong performances in Continental Europe and the Middle East. The Americas experienced a 0.6% decline, impacted by electoral cycles and pharmaceutical sector restructuring in the U.S. Asia-Pacific reported a 4% organic growth, with a slowdown in the second quarter.

Net profit attributable to the parent was €78 million, a 38.3% increase. The adjusted net income was €82 million, up 17.5%. The gross margin improved to 68.5%, reflecting strong growth in Ipsos Digital and increased internal data collection.

Investments totaled €32 million, primarily in IT infrastructure. Equity stood at €1,421 million, while net financial debt reduced to €100 million. Ipsos is well-positioned to continue its growth and investment plans, aided by strong cash generation and robust financials.
