Irish Residential Properties REIT plc Declares Interim Dividend
Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (IRES) has announced a further dividend declaration following its interim results for the period from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024. The Board has approved a dividend of 1.88 cent per share for the period ended 30 June 2024.
This 1.88 cent per share dividend will be a Property Income Distribution (PID), in line with Irish REIT legislation. The dividend will be paid on 13 September 2024 to shareholders on record as of 23 August 2024.
