Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (IRES), a prominent real estate trust, has recently reported a change in its major shareholders. Asset Value Investors Ltd., based in London, disclosed a decrease in its voting rights stake from 6.32578% to 5.84440%. This change was noted on July 11, 2025, and communicated to IRES and the Central Bank of Ireland on July 15.

The notification arose from a disposal of voting rights, shifting Asset Value Investors below the significant 6% threshold. The total number of voting rights attached to IRES shares stood at 524,442,218 as of the date of crossing.
