Keyridge Asset Management Increases Stake in Irish Residential Properties REIT

Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (IRES) has announced a significant shift in its shareholder structure. As of October 1, 2025, Keyridge Asset Management Limited, operating as Irish Life Investment Managers, has increased its holding in IRES, crossing the 6% threshold of voting rights. This acquisition means the asset management firm now holds 6.402% of voting rights attached to shares, a notable rise from their previous stake of 4.99%.

The notification follows the merger of Setanta Asset Management Limited into Keyridge Asset Management, effective from October 1, 2025. The merger complies with Chapter 3 of Part 9 of the Companies Act 2014 in Ireland. This consolidation has not resulted in any voting rights being acquired through financial instruments, as all holdings are currently direct share ownership.
