Irving Resources Inc. in talks with JX Metals for Japan project

Irving Resources Inc. (CSE:IRV)(OTCQX:IRVRF) announced that it is in discussions with JX Metals Corporation for a potential transaction regarding its properties in Omu, Hokkaido, Japan. These talks could result in a binding agreement, subject to certain conditions relating to third party rights. Irving is committed to promptly communicating any significant progress.

Since acquiring the Omu project in 2016, Irving has been considering the development of precious metal-rich silica deposits in foundry streams for the Japanese metallurgy industry. The collaboration with JX Metals could promote the advancement of this project, in line with the common objective of stimulating the economic development of rural areas in Japan.
