Irving Resources Reports Non-Brokered Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 14, 2024 / Irving Resources Inc. (CSE:IRV; OTCQX:IRVRF) announces its plan to conduct a non-brokered private placement. The company aims to raise up to $1 million through the issuance of units at $0.40 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one-half of a transferable share purchase warrant. A whole warrant allows the purchase of an additional share at $0.55 for three years.
