ISPD: H1 2024 Revenues Report
Madrid, July 24, 2024 – ISPD, an international marketing and communication services company, reports its H1 2024 revenues ending June 30, 2024. Consolidated revenues increased by 19% to €68.8 million, up from €57.9 million in H1 2023. Net revenues saw a similar rise, amounting to €68.5 million.
Notably, pro forma net revenues experienced a slight decline of 5% to €68.5 million. Revenue by segment showed stability in Publishing (€2.3 million) and growth in Technology and Marketing Services (€8.0 million, +14%). Digital Media Trading, however, decreased by 3% to €65.8 million.
The company highlighted a client turnover in the USA, leading to a revenue shift. Despite this, good performances in Europe and Latin America helped mitigate the decline. Pro forma sales breakdown: USA 32%, Latin America 49%, and Europe 19%.
ISPD expects a negligible impact from the non-renewal of the USA client on H2 revenue growth. Strong sales momentum and IT investments are anticipated to drive solid growth in the second half of the year.
