JACQUES BOGART has released its latest voting rights figures as of September 30, 2025. The number of shares making up the capital amounts to 15,693,021. Regarding voting rights, the theoretical total is 29,530,075, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 28,487,325.
The theoretical voting rights figure takes into account treasury shares and those held in registered form for more than two years, the latter benefiting from double voting rights.
