Jacquet Metals SA adopted its share buyback program at the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 28, 2024. The description of the program is available on the website of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
The Company carried out various transactions during the period from July 31 to August 6, 2024. The total number of shares purchased amounts to 92,125 ordinary shares for a total amount of €1,385,889.11, with an average unit price of €15.0436.
These transactions mainly concern the retention and subsequent delivery of shares in payment or exchange. The purchases were made on the Euronext market on the following dates: July 31, August 1, August 2, August 5 and August 6, 2024.
