Jacquet Metals SA: Transactions on Own Shares
Jacquet Metals SA has announced the details of its share buyback program. Adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 28, 2024, this program aims at the retention and subsequent delivery of shares in payment or exchange. During the period from October 23 to 29, 2024, Jacquet Metals SA acquired 18,740 ordinary shares, for a total amount of €308,426.72. The weighted average unit price of the transactions amounts to €16.4582 per share. Each transaction was conducted on the Euronext market. This buyback is part of an active capital management strategy by the company.
