On August 14, 2025, JCDecaux SE completed a transaction on its own shares, in accordance with Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Article 221-3 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. This transaction was carried out on the XOFF over-the-counter market.
JCDecaux, a European company based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, recorded a total volume of 873,491 shares in this transaction. The average purchase price of the shares was €14.75. The identification code of the financial instrument under which these shares were traded is FR0000077919.
