Jericho Energy Ventures Partners with Comstock for AI Data Center Development
Jericho Energy Ventures Inc. has announced a strategic partnership with Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. to advance the development of AI data center campuses in Oklahoma. Comstock will invest USD$1.5 million in Jericho through a private placement, pending regulatory approvals.
The financing comprises 25,684,932 units at CAD$0.08 per unit, each consisting of one share and half a warrant, exercisable at CAD$0.20. Comstock's CEO, Chris Clemente, is set to join Jericho's board post-approval.
The joint venture aims to integrate Jericho's energy infrastructure with strategically located real estate to support AI data centers and digital infrastructure. Comstock is expected to contribute USD$6 million to the JV.
This collaboration seeks to leverage Jericho's energy assets and Comstock's real estate expertise, aiming to accelerate the development of AI infrastructure and generate value for stakeholders.
