Jérôme Ferrand appointed Administrative and Financial Director of BOA Concept

On June 11, 2024, BOA Concept, expert in robotic and software solutions for intralogistics, announced the appointment of Jérôme Ferrand as Administrative and Financial Director. He will be responsible for supporting the group's growth in France and internationally.

Aged 52, Jérôme Ferrand has a DSCG from the University of Lille and a Master 2 in corporate finance from EDHEC. His professional career began at Grant Thornton, followed by various DAF positions at GrafTech, Davey Bickford, Mob Outillage, Juliane and Moulinvest.

His experience with international and listed companies will be valuable for BOA Concept, particularly after the entry into the capital of the Belgian company Easy Systems. BOA Concept employs 140 people and achieved a turnover of 27.5 million euros in 2023.
