JML Finance (Luxembourg) Announces New Bond Issuance and Exchange Offer
JML Finance (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. plans to issue new bonds and offer an exchange for existing bonds. This move aims to support the ongoing expansion and general corporate purposes of the Julius Meinl Living group.
The bond issuance is part of the group's EUR 300 million EMTN programme. SFI Markets will serve as the sole bookrunner and dealer manager. The new bonds, secured and guaranteed, have a target volume of up to EUR 50 million and an indicative coupon of 7%, with an IRR exceeding 10%.
The new bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Euronext Paris. Holders of existing bonds can exchange their holdings on a 1:1 basis in a voluntary exchange offer managed by Bank of New York Mellon. The exchange offer ends on 11 June 2024, with pricing expected on 13 June 2024.
Further information can be accessed via SFI Markets or the Julius Meinl Living website.
