JP Morgan dépasse le seuil de 5% du capital d'Ubisoft
Le 18 juillet 2024, UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT a annoncé que JP Morgan Chase & Co. a franchi indirectement le seuil de 5% du capital de l'entreprise. Cette déclaration fait suite à une acquisition réalisée le 16 juillet 2024.
JP Morgan détient désormais 6 387 542 actions représentant 5,01% du capital et 4,60% des droits de vote d'Ubisoft. Ces actions sont réparties entre JP Morgan Securities LLC et JP Morgan Securities plc.
Les acquisitions incluent des contrats "physically-settled call options", "physically-settled put options" et "cash-settled equity swap". Des obligations convertibles, échangeables à tout moment, sont également incluses dans ce franchissement.
Cette opération a été partiellement financée par une augmentation du nombre d'actions détenues par assimilation, consolidant ainsi la position de JP Morgan dans Ubisoft.
