JP Morgan reduces its stake in ALSTOM
On June 12, 2024, JP Morgan Chase & Co. fell below the thresholds of 5% of ALSTOM's capital and voting rights, now holding 3.94% of the shares, or 15,153,828 shares. The information was confirmed by a letter received on June 14, 2024, in accordance with article L. 233-7 of the commercial code.
This drop results from an off-market sale of shares and the reduction in shares held by assimilation. JP Morgan Securities plc also individually fell below the same thresholds.
In compliance with regulations, JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan Securities plc specified additional holdings of ALSTOM shares linked to specific contracts, totaling 50 and 8,779,337 shares respectively.
