His background in NSA secure communications and machine learning-powered spectrum analysis strengthens Ocean Tomo's capabilities in patent analysis, reverse engineering, and deconstructing complex systems.

Previously, Sleeter held roles at Huntington Ingalls Industries and Verizon Wireless, where he honed his skills in secure communications.
