K11 MUSEA Defies Market Trends, Doubling 7 Luxury Brands’ Footprint with Expansion to More Than 30,000 Square Feet
HONG KONG SAR - Victoria Dockside's K11 Art and Cultural District is entering a new era of luxury. Over the next four years, renowned brands such as Audemars Piguet, Balenciaga, Brunello Cucinelli, Loewe, Saint Laurent, and Van Cleef & Arpels will expand their stores at K11 MUSEA, with Prada unveiling its first store there. This expansion will collectively double the luxury footprint of these seven brands at K11 MUSEA.
K11 MUSEA set a single-day footfall record in the summer of 2024. Food, beverage, and retail sales increased nearly 30%, with tourist sales up by 10%. This highlights the location’s prime advantages and its appeal as a luxury destination.
Richard Cheung, Executive Vice President of K11 Group, attributes this success to the strong performance and high sales productivity of the current stores. He emphasized the commitment to the cultural commerce model, benefiting both customers and brand partners.
Victoria Dockside stands out for hosting events like Louis Vuitton's Men's Pre-Fall 2024 Show and Gucci Ancora, drawing international tourists and visitors year-round. K11 Group’s unique cultural retail concept and VIP facilities continue to attract high-end customers and luxury brands.
