Kalo Gold Advances Exploration at Vatu Aurum Project, Fiji
Kalo Gold Corp. has provided an update on its exploration activities at the Vatu Aurum Project in Fiji. As of the 2025 field season, significant progress has been made with the completion of 15,495 soil samples, 1,907 meters of trenching, and 1,352.7 meters of drilling. The drilling aims to confirm structural features consistent with epithermal systems.
The Namalau Trend at Dua saw six drill holes completed, revealing vein-hosted sulphides and alteration assemblages indicative of gold presence. An additional two holes are in progress, with assay results anticipated in Q3 2025. The project aims to expand drilling into new targets based on explored geochemical anomalies.
