KALRAY : Bilan Semestriel 2025 et Perspectives Financières
Kalray, société spécialisée en solutions de traitement des données, annonce un chiffre d'affaires de 7,5 M€ pour le premier semestre 2025, contre 10,6 M€ à la même période l'année précédente. Cette baisse s'explique par la cession de sa branche "Data Acceleration Platform" à DataCore Software. La société se recentre sur l'activité "semi-conducteur", qui affiche une forte croissance.
Une amélioration de la rentabilité est anticipée pour 2025, avec un EBITDA positif dès le premier semestre. Kalray a signé un deuxième volet d'accord avec Openchip, portant sur l'IA. Le prolongement de l'horizon de liquidité jusqu'au 30 juin 2026 est annoncé. Le rapport financier annuel 2024 est publié, permettant une demande de reprise de cotation.
