Kalray postpones its Annual General Meeting

Kalray, a specialist in data processing technologies, has announced the postponement of its Annual General Meeting. Initially scheduled for June 30, 2025, the meeting will not be held on that date due to the completion of the audits of the 2024 annual accounts.

The company has obtained an extension of the deadline from the Grenoble Mixed Commercial Court, allowing the General Meeting to be held no later than September 30, 2025. Kalray undertakes to inform the market promptly of the new timetable.

This postponement comes as the company must manage a financing horizon limited to August 2025, which is a point of vigilance mentioned in its current financial outlook.
