Kalray publishes its voting rights and shares

On December 2, 2025, in Grenoble, Kalray announced the total number of voting rights and shares. The company, listed on Euronext Growth Paris under the symbol ALKAL, specified that as of November 28, 2025, it had 14,483,491 shares and the same number of theoretical voting rights. The actual number of voting rights is 14,442,264. The difference is explained by treasury shares, which amount to 41,227.

The publication includes 144,926 shares issued in November 2025 as part of a bond issue in July 2024. Kalray confirms the absence of a statutory clause for the declaration of crossing of threshold in addition to the legal obligations.
