Kaufman & Broad SA Announces New Share Repurchase Program for 2024

Kaufman & Broad SA has disclosed details regarding its upcoming share repurchase program for the period extending from May 6, 2024, to November 6, 2025. The program, approved during the shareholders' meeting on May 6, 2024, allows for a maximum of 10% of the share capital to be repurchased. This is equivalent to 1,986,202 shares, with the company already holding 382,197 shares (1.92% of the share capital).

Under the defined objectives, the company aims to enhance stock market liquidity using an investment service provider adhering to the AMAFI Ethics Charter. Shares may also be used for corporate acquisition transactions, distributed to employees as part of compensation plans, or utilized for fulfilling rights attached to securities. The maximum price set for buybacks is €50 per share.

The details were also shared about the outcomes of the previous repurchase plan that ended on May 6, 2024. It revealed that the company had cancelled 1,751,000 shares in the last 24 months and held a portfolio of 382,197 shares valued at €11,886,327 in market terms as of that date.
