KBC Group own share buyback program: update
KBC Group SA has announced the details of the transactions carried out as part of its share buyback program for the period from July 22 to 26, 2024. These transactions took place on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels.
During this period, KBC bought back a total of 462,000 shares. Purchases were made at average prices varying between €68.51 and €71.03. The total amount of transactions amounts to €32,417,329, reflecting the transparency and commitment of the company to its shareholders.
Following these operations, KBC now holds 20,761,766 own shares under this program, for a total amount of €1,284,308,256. Any new information will be published on the KBC website.
