Kennedy Project Debt Extension
On June 28, 2024, Vitura announced the extension of the maturity of its debt relating to the Kennedy project. The sum of 139 million euros, initially due for the acquisition of Passy Kennedy, has thus seen its due date postponed to July 15, 2024.
This extension is part of ongoing discussions with financing banks. Vitura affirms that it is continuing its efforts to ensure the smooth running of this strategic project.
The announcement comes shortly before the publication of half-year results, scheduled for August 1, 2024.
