Kering details its share buyback program

On April 24, 2025, Kering's General Meeting renewed the Board of Directors' authorization for a share buyback program. This program aims in particular to improve the liquidity of the share and finance external growth operations. Kering aims to repurchase up to 10% of its share capital, or a maximum of 12,342,077 shares, at a price of €700 per share.
Kering currently holds 825,620 shares, representing 0.67% of its share capital. The authorization is valid for 18 months, ending October 24, 2026. The previous program had been partially used, notably under a liquidity contract renewed annually since 2019.
