Kering specifies the terms of its General Meeting of September 9, 2025
Kering invites its shareholders to participate in its Combined General Meeting, scheduled for September 9, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., at the company's headquarters in Paris. The event will be accessible in person and via live streaming on Kering's website. Shareholders can also follow a recorded recording.
The agenda and the draft resolutions to be submitted to the vote are available from the meeting notice published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on July 30, 2025. Kering published the notice of meeting in various legal media including "Les Affiches Parisiennes".
Shareholders are invited to submit their questions by email before September 3. Finally, documents relating to the General Meeting can be consulted on Kering's website.
