Kering Reveals Latest Stock and Voting Rights Data
Kering, the Paris-based luxury goods company, has released its monthly statement detailing the total number of shares and associated voting rights as of May 15, 2024. According to the official document, the total share count stands at 123,420,778. This figure is crucial for investors and shareholders alike, indicating the scale of potential voting power within the company.
In terms of voting rights, Kering reported a theoretical total of 176,619,961 voting rights. This includes shares with voting rights as well as treasury shares that normally have no voting rights, in accordance to Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation. Meanwhile, the exercisable voting rights, which exclude the treasury shares, amount to 175,786,094.
