Kerlink's 2024 Results: A Mixed Financial Year Amid Revenue Downturn

Kerlink, a provider of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, announced its 2024 financial results, reflecting a decline in revenue amid strategic adjustments. The company reported 2024 revenue of €11.7 million, a decrease from €13.7 million in 2023. This decline was partially mitigated by cost-reduction measures initiated in 2023, focusing on payroll expense reductions and streamlining marketing expenditures.
Despite the drop in sales, the company managed to improve its EBITDA slightly to -€2.1 million, compared to -€2.3 million in 2023. The gross margin also experienced a contraction, affected by a significant inventory impairment. However, Kerlink's strategic restructuring has shown positive signs in Q1 2025, with a 10% revenue increase, primarily driven by equipment sales and improved market dynamics in Europe and the Americas.
