Kestrel Gold Announces Amendment to Settlement of Debt
Kestrel Gold Inc. ("Kestrel" or the "Corporation", TSX-V: KGC) has announced an amendment to its debt settlement agreement with Rob Solinger. The settlement of management fees has been revised to $45,663. This will be resolved by issuing 1,522,100 common shares at a deemed price of $0.03 per share.
This amendment follows the initial announcement made on August 15, 2024. The agreement aims to address outstanding management fees through equity, enhancing Kestrel's financial management strategy.
