Kestrel Gold Announces Settlement of Debt
Kestrel Gold Inc. ("Kestrel" or the "Corporation") has settled a management fee debt by issuing 1,522,100 Common Shares. The shares were issued at a price of $0.03 per Common Share. This move settles the indebtedness to Rob Solinger, amounting to $45,663.
The news comes following previous releases on August 15, 2024, and August 27, 2024. As part of its continued operations, Kestrel is focusing on exploration within the Canadian Cordillera. The Corporation owns the QCM Property and the King Solomon's Dome Property, both of which are orogenic gold targets.
