Keyrus Progiware 2023 Annual Review: Progress Under Tension

Levallois-Perret, April 18, 2024 - The Keyrus group announced its results for the year 2023, marking slight growth in a difficult global economic environment. Turnover amounted to 370.3 million euros, up 5.2% compared to the previous year, with organic growth of 1.6%.

The Mid-Market segment, represented by Absys Cyborg, performed exceptionally with an increase of 12.9% in organic growth, generating more than half of the subsidiary's turnover. However, the Large Accounts segment experienced a slight decline of 1.3% on an organic level, despite external growth. The group's current operating profit also improved, standing at 17.7 million euros compared to 16.1 million in 2022.

This year was also marked by a simplified public purchase offer initiated by the Chairman and CEO, aimed at removing the shares from listing, which ultimately did not allow the compulsory withdrawal of the shares from the market. For 2024, the group plans to continue investing in innovations, particularly in artificial intelligence, while strengthening its corporate responsibility measures.
