Keyrus France sells its digital business to DATASOLUTION
Keyrus France has announced the sale of its "Digital Agency" business to DATASOLUTION, a specialist in e-commerce and data management. This transaction is accompanied by a strategic partnership to strengthen their complementary strengths. Keyrus will now focus on data and artificial intelligence, leaving DATASOLUTION to manage the digital team, which represents €3.5 million in revenue. Employees based primarily in Lyon will relocate to DATASOLUTION's offices, ensuring continuity of service for clients. This strategy allows Keyrus to focus its investments and resources on data and AI, while ensuring a smooth transition for its employees and clients.
