Kingfisher Expands HWY 37 Project with Hickman Acquisition

Kingfisher Metals Corp. has finalized the acquisition of the Hickman Project from Golden Ridge Resources Ltd., expanding its consolidated HWY 37 Project in British Columbia's Golden Triangle. This follows a previous announcement made earlier this month.

The transaction includes 256,410 Kingfisher common shares issued to Golden Ridge and a 2% net smelter return (NSR) royalty granted to them. Kingfisher can repurchase 1% of the NSR for C$5 million. The Hickman Project spans 3,008 hectares, adjoining the HWY 37 project.

The project is rich in copper-gold porphyry systems, with sampling indicating significant mineral potential. This acquisition secures the 5 km Hickman Target, enhancing Kingfisher's stance in the region, now covering 849 km2.
