Kingfisher Metals Corp. Acquires Hickman Project
Kingfisher Metals Corp. has announced the acquisition of the Hickman Project from Golden Ridge Resources Ltd. The definitive agreement, signed on February 5, 2025, marks Kingfisher's expansion in the Golden Triangle, Northwestern British Columbia. The Hickman Project covers 3,008 hectares adjacent to Kingfisher's HWY 37 Project.
The Hickman Project is promising for copper-gold porphyry systems, featuring a significant geochemical anomaly. The acquisition will expand Kingfisher's HWY 37 Project to 849 km², strengthening its position in the region. Under the agreement, Kingfisher will issue shares valued at C$50,000 and grant a 2% net smelter return royalty to Golden Ridge.
The transaction is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. Kingfisher's CEO, Dustin Perry, confirms the information as per National Instrument 43-101 standards.
