Kingfisher Completes Acquisition of BAM Project in British Columbia

Kingfisher Metals Corp. has finalized the acquisition of the Ball Creek West (BAM) Project from P2 Gold Inc., expanding its holdings in British Columbia's Golden Triangle. Announced initially in December 2024, the transaction involved issuing 1,515,151 Kingfisher shares and a cash payment of C$950,000 to P2 Gold. The BAM Project spans 18,893 hectares, adding significantly to Kingfisher's HWY 37 Project.

The acquired project is noted for its potential in Cu-Au porphyry systems, with three main target areas: Northmore, Mess Creek, and Hickman. This acquisition consolidates Kingfisher's presence in the Golden Triangle, making it the largest continuous non-producer-held project in the region. The BAM Project includes royalties, with Evrim Exploration Canada Corp. and Sandstorm Gold Ltd. retaining net smelter returns.
