Kingfisher Provides 2024 Exploration Update
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / September 10, 2024 / Kingfisher Metals Corp. (TSXV:KFR)(FSE:970)(OTCQB:KGFMF) has announced the completion of its mapping, sampling, and IP surveys at the HWY 37 and LGM projects in the Golden Triangle, British Columbia. The company carried out extensive work across multiple targets, including the Mary-ME porphyry, and Hank-Williams porphyry-epithermal areas.
The exploration program covered 14.14 line km of IP surveys and collected 214 rock samples. Historical drill cores were reviewed, and the BC Geological Survey conducted a week-long site study. Kingfisher also added Dr. Stephanie Sykora, a porphyry-epithermal expert, to its technical advisory board. The planned ZTEM survey has been delayed but is set to commence this week.
CEO Dustin Perry expressed optimism about the discovery potential of the projects. Dr. Sykora highlighted the variety of mineralization styles in the largely unexplored terrain. Kingfisher's efforts are focused on refining drill targets and advancing their understanding of mineralization controls.
