Kingstone Announces Date for 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
Kingstone Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq:KINS) has announced that its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will take place on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. The meeting will be held at the company’s headquarters located at 15 Joys Lane, Kingston, New York 12401, beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET.
Shareholders of record as of June 14, 2024, will be eligible to receive notice of and vote at the meeting. Kingstone plans to mail the notices to stockholders by June 27, 2024.
Kingstone Companies, Inc. is a property and casualty insurance holding company with operations primarily in the Northeast.
