Call for the Klarsen General Meeting on June 30, 2025

Klarsen, a data marketing company, invites its shareholders to an Ordinary General Meeting on June 30, 2025, in Bordeaux. All shareholders are welcome to attend, regardless of the number of shares held. Participation is possible by physical presence, postal voting, or proxy voting.

Shareholders have until June 26, 2025, to prove their status by ensuring their shares are registered. Those wishing to attend in person can request an admission card. Absentee ballots must be received at least three days before the meeting.

Shareholders may submit written questions up to two days before the meeting.
